Nena is a visual artist from Indonesia. In her werk she draws inspiration from her childhood, creating adventures for a character named Space Robot in an ongoing illustration series. Nena is also interested in painting her memories of ordinary places that she has discovered during her journey. She loves exploring new places: enjoying the atmosphere, finding new colours, talking to local people and capturing simple interactions in everyday life, all through her watercolour and paper.
