Marshall Pratt is a visual artist working with collage, photography, woodworking and spray-paint stencils.Pratt holds a BA of Fine Arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. He has created many (photo) series that were particularly inspired by travelling and being immersed in a foreign culture.

During his residency in the Bijlmer he got inspired by the rawness of the environment and the melting pot of cultures and created numerous new works both collages and spray-paint stencils on found objects. He presented his new work in the studio, at Heesterveld Creative Community, in NoLIMIT and in the duo-exhibition Detail Oriented at the Pop-up Gallery Amsterdam. Some of the new works were also presented in the exhibition Across the Pond and Back in Featherstone Center for the Arts (Oak Bluffs, MA). Next to this Marshall created custom-made pieces for several local neighbours, worked on various video projects with Vinger.nl and organised workshops within the context of the OAZO educational programme.
