Jagienka Szymanska was born in 1988 in Leszno, Poland. Her artistic education took place in Adam Mickieiwicz University in Poznan, Poland; ArCo - Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual in Lisbon, Portugal and School of Visual Arts in New York, USA. Currently she is living and creating in Eivissa, Spain. She is focused on alternative process photography and exploring new surfaces to transfer images.
